Since 2006, I’ve worked in creative agencies mainly as a campaign project manager and as the occasional radio or video producer.

Project Manager as a Freelancer         

Jan 2018 – Present

Independently, pitch marketing services for health lifestyle brands. Most recently developed an email campaign, and coordinated content for fundraising event for Peaks of Life, a Seattle Children’s Hospital Guild. Currently, working with Northwest Critical Care and other rescue medical service providers. 

Project Manager at Hey Marketing         

Oct 2016 – Nov 2017

Managed creative and production for three of the largest accounts: Keysight Technologies, The University of Utah Health and retailer Car Toys. Contracted freelance designers, developers, editors and animators. Maintained licensing contracts for stock image and video. Oversaw editor’s archival of client footage. Created a contract with a Costa Rican based web development vendor. Supervised trafficking and programmatic digital campaigns. 

Retail Marketing Lead for Arc’teryx

Apr 2016 – Apr 2017

Advocated and was hired as the first marketing lead for regional retail campaigns. Initiated the athlete ambassador and social media influencer programs, which cultivated 100K+ Instagram followers. Standardized live events that increased qualified customer acquisition and retail sales YoY. Coordinated partnerships and led production of all events. Wrote and edited copy and updated content for the Arc’teryx website.

Digital Project Manager Contract

Apr 2015 – Jul 2015

Led creative, UX and development team in redesign of T-Mobile content for interactive display banners. Implemented A/B testing for live campaigns, gathered results and improved the broader creative review process. Set vendor requirements and developed SOW for programmatic display campaign.

Field Representative at WSI Outdoor 

Feb 2013 – Dec 2014

Executed Arc’teryx and Smith Optics field marketing campaigns including social media, events, paid print advertising and in-store signage for retailers in a five state region. Planned and managed the first Summer X-Games and Ragnar Race Series partnerships. Managed regional trade show set up, hiring and execution of live demo events.

Digital Content Producer Contract

Jul 2010 – Jul 2011

Produced U.S. Air Force content for games and a digital rewards campaign using responsive video, rich media, 3D models, RFID tracking and email. Acknowledged with Gold Addy awards for the Air Force Supercar Project and airforce.com website. Led banner development campaigns for Southwest, John Deere and Marshalls.

Apr 2008 – Jun 2010

Managed creative and production of animated content for Microsoft and for multi-channel large enterprise B2B campaigns. Managed localization for Dell Computers’ banner and print catalog advertising. Revised a more efficient creative review process that linked teams in over six global time zones.

Jun 2006 – Jan 2008

Represented the Spanish-language advertising agency as liaison to Coors Light, Payless Shoes, General Mills and Continental Airlines. Performed all duties of an account management team member including business analysis, building presentations, administrative requests and trafficking functions typical of a creative ad agency.
